How do I book a party
To book a party simply call our team on 01303 647007 everything can be done over the telephone. Our lines are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pmContact Us
Do I need to pay a deposit?Yes all bookings require a deposit payment of £40 at the time of booking. All major debit and credit cards, bank payment or paypal are accepted.Contact Us
What days do you do parties?We offer parties 7 days a week subject to availbilty. Except for Christmas day, boxing day and new years day.Contact Us
Can I choose the time of my party?
Yes you can choose anytime between the hours of 9am - 9pm subject to availibility. Most of our parties include a 30min break for food, we therefore recommend 11am-1pm or 3pm -5pm as the best times..Contact Us
How far in advance should I book?This is always a difficult question. Saturday and Sunday afternoon are a busiest times of the week and July & December are our busiest months of the year. It is always advisable to book early to avoid disapointment.Contact Us
Can I request a game or music?
If your child would like us to include certain songs at their party please email us a play list at least 1 week before your party. If they would like us to provide certain games we will do our best to accommodate.Contact Us
What happens at your parties?Our children's entertainers will tailor the entertainment at your party to suit the needs of the birthday child and his or her guests. Every group of children are unique and so too are their needs. Some children prefer to do more dancing, some prefer more games, some like pop and chart music, some cheesey party dancing. We have a large selection of age appropriate party games and party dances therefore no two parties are exactly the same.Contact Us
What do I need to supply?
We do not provide venues, catering, decorations or party bags. All we need is an electrical socket to plug in our equipment, a venue and of course, most importantly some children to entertain!Contact Us
Can I have a joint party?Yes of course you can have a joint party. Many of our customers have parties for more than one of their children or a party with a friend. It is a great way to save some money by sharing the cost.Contact Us
Can I spread the cost of my party?You can spread the cost of your party. Please contact us to discuss a payment plan. Please note this is not a credit facility and any remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your party.Contact Us
Loyalty & Multi Booking Discounts
Our loyalty discount is a discount to reward returning customers for their loyalty. So for each party after your 1st party, the loyalty discount goes up. Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes we have Public Liability Insurance (PLI) for your complete peace of mind. If you or your venue needs to see the documentation, please call 01303 647007 or email us we are more than happy to provide a copy for you. All of our entertainers have DBS (formerly CRB) checks as well as Portable Appliance Test (P.A.T) tested equipment.Contact Us
Do you provide parties for children & adults with special needs?
Yes. We strongly believe that EVERY child should be able to have a party and here at Emporium Parties we include ALL children regardless of their physical or mental limitations. Our entertainers have a wealth of experience with children and adults with varying degrees of behaviour and additional needs.We work with you to tailor a package that meets your requirements. Do you provide party bags & decorations?
We do not provide decorations and party bags.We concentrate solely on the entertainment side of the party as this is what we are best at.Contact us
You will turn up wont you?
How do I know you will turn up to our party event? It is quite a natural feeling to have a niggling doubt in your mind if your entertainers are going to turn up, especially if have not heard or used us before. Emporium Parties are a well established professional children's entertainment company. With over 16 years of parties under our belt, having entertained thousands of children over the years, letting a parent down not to mention a child, is just not in our vocabulary.
I would like a party themed that is not listed.
Many of the parties we currently offer have been born by customers asking this very question. The next thing we know the party becomes a main party package. How do I leave feedback?
Feedback from all of our customers is important to us as it helps us to continue doing the things we are doing right but it also helps to change things if something isn't quite how it should.
